Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. AMARISSÉ is not responsible for carrier delays or lost/stolen packages once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted. Exchanges are only offered if you receive a damaged item, or the wrong item. You must contact AMARISSÉ within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders enter production/processing and cannot be canceled.
